We undertook this new house build from start to finish. Just getting the formation was a task here. 700 tons of spoil off-site, 3m deep strip foundations, and 24 cubic meters of concrete later we could start to build up and lay a block and beam floor. A timber frame specialist took over for two weeks and constructed the internal frame from pre-built panels. After the windows, roof, and brickwork were complete we could start inside; comprising three tiled bathrooms, 4 double bedrooms, a lounge with a log burner, and a large kitchen diner with bi-folding doors out to the landscaped garden. All three floors had under-floor heating; something else we can help with!
All the work was completed by our tradesmen, from digging out to tiling and joinery. All in all, a well-finished final product.
